Calvin MorbergCalvin is a Tlingit Eagle Clan First Nations mask and totem carver. Until recently he worked mostly in wood and ivory. His work has been presented to the Prime Minister of Canada and he has toured to Russia, the United States and Peru. In 2008 he became involved with snow sculpture under the tutelage of Donald, Michael, and Gisli at the Whitehorse International Snow Sculpture Challenge. | ![]() |
Peter LucchettiCaptain of Team Alaska Snow Sculptors, Peter has successfully spearheaded his team in four Whitehorse International Snow Sculpture Challenges. He has been doing snow sculptures for years in Alaska. He is an accomplished painter and sells and exhibits his work throughout North America. Pete has a BFA from Penn State University and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts. | ![]() |
Evi Wattworks in both fused and stain glass construction. With a studio set up in her basement she is turning out unique pieces of fused art glass as well as traditional style window pieces of stained glass. Evi has worked on the Air Canada International Snow Sculpture Challenge in administration since it¹s conception in 2003. Her skills will make her a valuable member of the Breckenridge team where she will perform the public relations job of selling our sculpture¹s story to the thousands of viewers who attend each day. | ![]() |
